On May 10th, EFA La Malvesía hosted RuralFira, a major community and educational event designed as a regional GreenVeu Day within the European project GREENVEU – Recruitment for the Worlds of Green, co-funded by the European Union.
Over the course of the day, our campus became a vibrant hub of green action. Attendees experienced:
- Horse and dog shows, falconry, and chainsaw carving
- Hydroponics, natural cosmetics, and healthy food workshops
- Machinery exhibitions, wine tastings, and student-led plant nurseries
- Dialogue with public institutions and businesses supporting the green transition
This GreenVeu Day brought together students, families, teachers, alumni, companies, and local authorities to promote Green VET and the values of rural development.
